If the customer is a "Consumer" as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, the parties their rights under Art. 64 of the Consumer Code in accordance with that legislation and therefore has the right to terminate the Purchase Agreement (the "Withdrawal Right") for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in the manner set out below.
The withdrawal will be subject to all (Total Return) or only part of SOLAS purchased by the Consumer Products (Partial Withdrawal).
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending - within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of goods - a notice by registered A / R. addressed to:

The communication can be anticipated - within the same period - by e-mail (at info@bionaturalstore.com) on condition that it is confirmed by registered A / R, within 48 (forty eight) hours.
The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the Product or Products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the invoice of purchase and transportation documents (DDT). In this communication the customer must also confirm that the / i Product / s are intact and preserved in perfect condition in its original packaging, complete in all its parts.
On our site you can download a pre-compiled module to be used for the communication of withdrawal.
 
Important: in the letter asking you to exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary to indicate details of a bank account or post office to make the crediting due (CIN code, ABI, CAB Code, Account number, account holder ).
 
To exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary that:
 
the client expresses its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
the purchased good is used, undamaged and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: booklets, etc ...)
the product is delivered on time and in the manner described above. The costs of delivery are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the items are borne by the consumer.
Once the goods arrived at our warehouse, it will be examined for any damages not caused by transport.
After checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit you the sum already paid by bank transfer to the account you indicated to our Customer Service.
The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the time when we will return the goods for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To facilitate our customers, returns may be made by our courier prior authorization Solas with transportation charges paid by us.
The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature can not be returned.
 
 
 
Exclusion of right of withdrawal

GENERAL INFO TRANSPORT: Bionaturalstore, mainly accepts orders with delivery in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. For orders abroad in areas not mentioned on the site, the customer must contact our customer service beforehand to learn about feasibility and costs of international shipments. The delivery charges, if any, are charged to the customer and will be spelled out clearly in the order process. Nothing is more due by the client with respect to the total order. The delivery of the ordered means at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery documents, that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (tape or strapping ...) Any damage to the packaging and / or product mismatch or the number of packages must be questioned, writing "GOODS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION ... (specifying the reason for the reserve, eg. Packaging broken or crushed etc ...) on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods. In the case of non-collection by the customer, due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when the order, the order will be sent back at our warehouse.
 
The purchased products will be delivered by Bionaturalstore by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Deliveries will take place during all working days.
 
Approximately, without implying any commitment on the part of Bionaturalstore and to the availability of products in addition to any force majeure, the goods will be delivered in approximately 3 working days from the order in Italy, from 2 to 7 days abroad. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
